Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to check your orders status. Our rugs ship factory direct to you.  Please allow 3-8 days for processing plus time in transit to your location.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  If you can not edit the order please contact customer care for further help.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track your order.  Then click the "Review orders / track packages" link under "My Orders".
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer care for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  All carpets and rugs from RTR Kids Rugs ship factory direct. Our suppliers manufacture and stock these products for immediate processing and shipment to you.  In the unlikely event that a supplier cannot produce a rug due to unforeseen circumstances or forecasts a delay in the manufacturing or shipping of the product we will contact you to let you know.  At that time you can either cancel the order or let the order remain in processing to be shipped to you when it is in stock.
When will my order ship?
  RTR Kids Rugs ships its rugs factory direct.  Each manufacturer/supplier differs on their processing times, but as a general rule please allow 3-8 days processing time plus time in transit to your location. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
